Ingredients
- 4 cups melon, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine water and sugar; stirring until sugar dissolves. Let to cool to room temperature.
- To a blender add diced melon, sugar syrup and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a paleta mold, insert wooden sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
