Peach Salsa

Products Used


  • 2 large fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


      1. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together, stirring well.
      2. Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
      3. Store and leftovers in an air tight container, in the fridge.
