Peach Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 large fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together, stirring well.
- Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
- Store and leftovers in an air tight container, in the fridge.
