Ingredients
Peaches
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups ripe peaches, cut into slices
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Cream
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
Directions
- In a saute pan over medium heat, stir water and granulated sugar together until sugar has dissolved.
- Add diced peaches, cinnamon and vanilla to pan with sugar/water mixture and cook until mixture boils and thickens and peaches become soft (pierced easily). Remove from heat, mash half of peaches with a fork to break them up and set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, add yogurt, milk and sugar and whisk together.
- Add peaches to yogurt mixture and carefully swirl mixture.
- Add filling to your popsicle molds and freeze.

This was easy to make. I used nectarines and plain Greek yogurt. It had a certain "tang" to it which is probably from the Greek yogurt. Although this was easy to make, I wasn't "wowed" by it and probably wouldn't make again.
