Pineapple Simple Syrup


Pina Colada Punch

  • 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 ounces water
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 14 ounces white rum of choice
  • 16 ounces Pineapple Simple Syrup


  1. Prepare Pineapple Simple Syrup by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan over a medium flame. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  2. When ready to prepare, combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve over ice.
  3. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, if desired.
