Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweeted
  • 1 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon protein powder, unsweeted
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes

      Directions

      1. Place solid ingredients in blender, followed by liquid ingredients.
      2. Blend on high for 30 to 90 seconds, until well blended.
      3. Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
