Pineapple Upside Down Cake Smoothie
- 1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweeted
- 1 teaspoon Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon protein powder, unsweeted
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon butter rum extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Place solid ingredients in blender, followed by liquid ingredients.
- Blend on high for 30 to 90 seconds, until well blended.
- Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
