    *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.

    Directions

    1. In a stand mixer cream butter, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.  Slowly add flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and salt and mix just until incorporated. Shape dough into ball and cover with plastic wrap; chill for 1 hour.
    2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cookies are firm to the touch. While cookies bake combine 1 cup powdered sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside. Cool cookies completely and dust with sugar/cinnamon mixture.

    *Método de cuchara y barrido: use una cuchara para llenar la taza de medir con harina hasta obtener la cantidad requerida. Si coloca la taza de medir directamente en la bolsa de harina, empacará la harina con firmeza y se necesitará demasiada harina para la receta.

    Direcciones

    1. Bate la mantequilla, ½ taza de azúcar en polvo confeccioar  y la vainilla hasta que esté suave y esponjosa. Poco a poco agregue la harina, 1 cucharadita de canela, la sal y mezclar hasta que se incorpore. Forma la masa en bola y cubrir con papel plástico; colocar en el refrigerador para enfriar durante por una hora.
    2. Precalienta el horno a 350 grados. Forma la masa en bolas de 1 pulgada y pon en una bandeja para hornear; hornear durante 15-18 minutos, o hasta que las galletas esten firmes a tocar. Combine 1 taza de azúcar en polvo confeccioar y 1 cucharadita de canela; dejar de lado. Cuando se enfrian las galletas  espolvorear con azúcar.
