The Pomegranate Martini uses simple syrup, citrus vodka, Pomegranate juice and lemon juice to make a sophisticated and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups citrus vodka
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Prepare Simple Syrup. Measure equal parts water and sugar. Stir on stove-top and allow mixture to boil. Stir continuously. Once sugar is fully dissolved, remove from heat and let mixture cool.
- When ready to serve, mix vodka, pomegranate juice and lemon juice in a pitcher. Add Simple Syrup to your taste preference. Add martini and ice to an ice shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into martini glasses.
- Sip and enjoy!
