Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour*
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon corn or vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider or other vinegar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin; not pumpkin pie filling
- 3/4 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (in grocer’s bulk bins)
- For decorating Crème Chantilly
- *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
