Pumpkin Spice Granola

Products Used


  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/4 cup packed Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats and chopped pecans. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over oat/pecan mixture. Stir to coat completely.
  4. Spread in prepared pan and bake for roughly 45 minutes, until golden brown, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
  6. Break cooled granola up and store at room temperature in an airtight container.
