
Red Velvet Cake Batter Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups red velvet cake mix
- 2 cups Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup salted butter, cut into chucks
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
- Line a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, pour in cake mix, powdered sugar, milk, and butter pieces. Do not stir! Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove bowl from microwave and immediately begin stirring until butter is melted and everything is combined. Quickly fold in white chocolate chips while mixture is still warm for a marbled effect.
- Spoon fudge mixture into prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm before cutting into pieces.
