Sour Cream Frosting
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 cups, sifted Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- In a stand mixer, cream butter and sour cream until well blended. Continue to mix while stirring in vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
