This is an EXCELLENT recipe and so easy to make. And what’s also good is that most of the ingredients are already in your pantry/fridge. I rolled these out as the recipe directed but I must have made them on the small side as I stopped at 30 - I couldn’t get any more than this in my skillet (haha). The sweet & sour sauce is so easy to make, and after it’s made, you simply slide you ur meatballs into the sauce, cover, and let them cook for 25 minutes. Simply couldn’t be easier. One thing I will do when I make this recipe again (& I will make this again, and again) is I will brown the meatballs before placing them into the sauce mixture. I just prefer my meatballs to be slightly more firm on the outside. My hubby thought these were perfect just the way the recipe called for - and they are. Thanks, Imperial Sugar, for this super easy, absolutely delicious meatball recipe!
