Virgin Peach Bellini
- 1 cup frozen or fresh ripe peaches
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 bottle sparkling apple cider
- If using frozen peaches defrost first. Place in blender with lemon juice, sugar and about 1/2 cup of listed apple cider. Blend until super fine.
- Run through a sieve if desired.
- Add remaining apple cider and pour in glasses.
