I made these yesterday and they were delicious. They came out lighter and fluffier than other cornmeal muffins I have made. The few that weren't gobbled up with dinner last night, I microwaved for 20 seconds and had with today's dinner. They were just as nice a day later.
These are so easy to make and are the prefect combination of sweet, salty, crunchy and tangy. The first batch disappeared in a flash. I made them again, but didn't have enough pecans on hand, so I used half pecans and half cashews. Also ridiculously good. I will be making these again soon.
I wasn't sure if I would like the cornflakes, so I made half with and halt without. everybody preferred the cookies without the cornflakes even when they were crunchy. After a couple days, the cornflakes on the cookies went soft and those cookies were not eaten. A yummy cookie if you skip the cornflakes.
An easy recipe with a delicious result. It goes with so many things - coconut shrimp, avocado fried and chicken fingers to name a few. Will definitely make again.

Unfortunately, my household were not fans. The recipe was clear and easy, but I think the cornflakes took away from the meringues rather than added to them. Also, though they were sealed up airtight, after a day, one bite and the whole thing crumbled into crumbs and dust.
I have made these several times. They are quick, easy and everybody loves them. I preferred to cut the cinnamon back to 1 tsp. I don't drizzle with extra honey as they are already sweet enough and the drizzle would make them messy for a finger food. You can make as individual 'truffles' (I used a 1 tbsp. scoop) with a toothpick or as one large cheese ball with crackers and spreaders. One time I substituted the goat cheese for more cream cheese (since that is what I had on hand) and found it just as good.

I would like to make this, but have a few questions. It sound like you make the Easy Buttercream OR the Extra Smooth & Creamy Buttercream, is that correct? Are the quantities for the Extra Smooth & Creamy Buttercream correct (there is much less icing sugar and much more liquid than the Easy Buttercream recipe)? For either frosting, how are the 10 Biscoff cookies used? Thanks.
I made these cookies a few days ago and they are delicious! I only had salted butter on hand, so I reduced the added salt, but otherwise followed the recipe. I will definitely make these again.
This cake is tasty all on its own and did stay moist for days. The caramel sauce does make it feel like a special dessert (vs. like a snack bread without). I would suggest drizzling the sauce over individual slices rather than the whole cake. That way people can add more/less or no sauce as preferred and the sauce does not soak into any leftovers.
