I had never had Sticky Toffee Pudding before I made this, and now I cannot get enough. I LOVED this recipe. The orange cuts the sweetness and adds a little tartness which I really loved and the macadamia nuts add crunch.
These will be made many times at my house. Perfect for a picnic or 4th of July party. Tender crust and so much easier to cut than a pie.
Different and really good. Rich but has lots of great texture. My friends loved this dessert.
